Young Researchers Meeting 2016

Philip Wollgramm (RUB) and Christopher Zenk (FAU) organized the second Young Researchers Meeting of SFB/TR 103 in Kloster Irsee from 5th to 8th December 2016 in Kloster Irsee. All participants presented and discussed their research results. The new doctoral researchers learned about the scientific objectives of SFB/TR 103 and about the type of work which is performed outside their project. Joint papers were discussed and progressed. This time, Carsten Bonnekoh from KIT, a former student from the Institute for Materials at RUB, was invited as a special guest. He presented a talk on W alloys. The young researchers also visited the brewery Aktienbrauerei Kaufbeuren as part of the meeting.
