B8 High entropy alloys with a chemical relationship to the γ-phase

In the third funding phase of the SFB/TR 103, project B8 investigates the effects of alloy composition on diffusion processes (850-1100°C) and creep behavior in the range of high temperatures and low stresses (T: 750-1000°C, σ: 20-200 MPa) in disordered single phase FCC high entropy alloys (HEAs) which composition is reminiscent of that of γ-channels in single crystalline superalloys.
