A6 Micro- and nanomechanical characterization of superalloys at elevated temperatures

In this project micro- and nanomechanical testing approaches are used to study the local mechanical properties of Ni and Co-base superalloys. In the third funding period especially the creep properties of local inhomogeneities and coatings are studied with indentation creep testing and micro-tensile creep tests.
