2^nd Interaction Week in Bochum

The second interaction meeting of SFB/Transregio 103 with 63 participants was held in Bochum from 10^th to 12^th December 2012. The interaction week started with a board meeting in the evening of Monday 10th, where the schedule of the remainder of the meetings of the first four year period was agreed upon and where upcoming topics were discussed. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the meeting was held in the picturesque Beckmannshof, which provides an ideal environment for this type of meeting. All individual projects reported on progress and identified areas for collaboration. On Tuesday afternoon, the guests from Erlangen had the opportunity ot visit the laboratories at the Institute for Materials of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. In the evening, all participants of the interaction week enjoyed a common dinner in the restaurant Taufenbach downtown Bochum. The meeting of members, where decisions taken and dates were agreed upon, concluded the symposium.
