Oliver Horst (RUB), Markus Kolb (FAU) and Felicitas Scholz (RUB) organized the third Young Researchers Meeting of SFB/TR 103 from 3rd to 6th December 2017 in Kloster Irsee. Again Kloster Irsee was an excellent place for all doctoral researchers to discuss their work and get new impulses. Besides experienced doctoral students also master students joined the meeting to be encouraged to join the SFB/TR 103 as a future researcher. The external guests represented the industrial as well as the scientific sides: David Fichtner presented his research field at Siemens - Corporate Technology and Christopher Zenk, a former student of the FAU, provided insights how to apply for a postdoctoral position abroad. Some group activities complement the meeting and strengthend the team spirit.
